If price tag is on a twine string, remove before lighting candle
Avoid burning for more than 3-4 hours
Keep candles aware from non-heat resistant or uneven surfaces
After lighting, allow enough time for the hot wax to reach the edges of the container - this will avoid tunneling
Do not leave any candle burning unattended
Trim the wick to 1/4” before lighting each time in order to keep a smooth burn and clean white candle wax
Do not snuff out the flame with a glass lid
Glass, lit and heavy candles can be a danger to pets and children

Yes, you can! We’ve had many people come to us with their own pieces and family heirlooms. As long as the vessel passes a 212-degree heat test (that we conduct in-house), we charge per ounce of candle wax for this service.
